Lynette Molnar

Lynette Molnar
Promoter

Lynette Molnar began promoting women’s events when she was 19 by strolling down Commercial Street in Provincetown, greeting visitors and personally inviting them to attend one of the first lesbian plays ever produced in Ptown, Leap of Faith. By filling the theatre night after night, she offered many women from around the country their first chance to attend a lesbian cultural event.

Her life-long love affair with Provincetown, and the women who vacation there, began then. She was the original flyer girl. These days you encounter many of them, but it was she who started the trend. After "work", Lynette and friends then danced at The Pied until closing time.

If you've ever danced in Provincetown, then you’ve no doubt danced next to Lynette. She began dancing - and convincing other women to dance with her - in high school. Since then, she has danced the days and nights away at some of the greatest gay and lesbian clubs and events in New York, Miami, Los Angeles, San Francisco and many places in between.

Now she's launched Girl Power Productions, introducing new genres of entertainment for women. After four wildly successful seasons of events at the PiedBar in Provincetown, Girl Power continues to bring to you what Lynette loves most - women, great music, dancing and fun-filled events.

Feel it. Take it. Here. It’s yours - be there!

Debbie - Girl Power Crew Leader

Debbie
Girl Power Crew Leader

She’s Girl Power personified: She gets the girls and she’s got the power – the sultriest voice and smoothest flyer moves in Provincetown. The Pied’s head bartender Debbie Evans doubles as Girl Power’s ambassador to Commercial Street, and the beach she’s been wowing the women at Girl Power events for the past four seasons. But don’t let her blonde bombshell exterior fool you – on the side, Debbie is a management student with a concentration in international business and adventure tourism. So far, Debbie’s adventures have taken her from her hometown of Higgins Lake, Michigan to big city life in Miami, and now to Provincetown, where she enjoys being “supergay” – and Ptown’s hottest girl on the street.
